Jeep Grand Cherokee 1999

(1999-2003)

The second era Grand Cherokee was known as the WJ and it was a complete redrawing of the auto to the point that the new model imparted just 127 sections to the first. Most importantly, the structure was hardened by Porsche Engineering for better guiding and the motor was moved up to a PowerTech V8 with aluminum single overhead cams and plastic admission. This motor was lighter and hence showed signs of improvement mileage. The transmission was likewise supplanted with the new framework called Quadra-Drive, with triple locking differential and three thick clutches.
