The Dodge Avenger got its first significant facelift in 2011, which incorporated a marginally overhauled outside with new crosshair front grille, restyled front guard, and new LED tail lamps. Imperative upgrades were included in the lodge also, the 2011 Avenger wearing overhauled dashboard and instrument board, new innovative components, and higher-quality materials. Under the hood, the 2011 Avenger was fitted with Chrysler's new 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 motor that conveyed 283 HP and 260 lb-ft of torque. Different redesigns incorporated a modified suspension for better handling. The four-door car came in four trim level for the 2011 model year - Express, Mainstreet, Lux and Heat.
