Audi A4 Avant 2008

Audi presented the fourth era A4 model at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show, however its avant body-style was uncovered to the large public some half-of-year later, at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show. The new A4 Avant was hailed by the critics, offering its base to the new Audi A5 Coupe (Audi Modular Longitudinal Platform), with better security and enhanced weight dissemination. This was conceivable because of the lessened front shade and rearwards position of the power train. The new model highlighted a more drawn out wheelbase than its past era Avant (117 mm) - and also lightweight steel segments - and was fitted with a lot of new technological components: MMI framework, Servotronic steering or electronic park brake.
